    Coming from an HP pro all-in-one printer, I decided to change after 8 years... a beautiful and more compact printer than the competition with quality plastics, good network behavior, good document printing, as for photos, I will come back to that. I will focus on 2-3 things that disappointed me:
    1. You must use the mobile application to fully utilize the printer's capabilities. For example, the simplest thing, to scan a page and send it to a saved email, you cannot do it without a mobile phone... you can only make photocopies from the menu. Overall, due to the small screen, they have made the menu on the printer quite difficult to use.
    2. When the set time has passed and it goes into standby mode, an annoying light turns on and remains on.
    3. When using the application, it prompts you to order ink, but when you try to use it, it takes you to websites from all over the world except the Greek one. It is unacceptable for a product sold in Greece to not have local support for consumables. The competition is way ahead, they even create a plan to deliver ink to your home at regular intervals, here they don't care at all since they don't even sell them on the Greek site.. In general, it is not easy to find these inks, only a few have them in stock.

    If I knew all this beforehand, I probably wouldn't have bought it despite its quality and good printing.
