The Cosmetic Club SC29392 adhesive bra set consists of two soft breast covers with push-up padding. They feature a fabric and elastane outer layer and a silicone adhesive inner surface, with no silicone in the nipple area. They are invisible under clothing and designed for backless tops and dresses with a plunging neckline.
They are not worth the money. They come off immediately, so they don't support anything (and I don't wear a large size). They may provide simple coverage, and only if the garment is tight; otherwise, they will slip off.
