    As soon as I received it, I realized that the chuck is misaligned. At best, it causes vibrations in the hand and at worst, there is no accuracy in drilling and screwing.
    I returned it and I am waiting for a replacement, for which they did not raise any objections.
    I hope the same thing does not happen with the next one.
    It is sad that defective devices are being released on the market without any quality control.

    I received the next one, which unfortunately had the same problem.
    I asked for a replacement again, which they did not refuse, and I waited for the third one.
    Unfortunately, the third one also had the same problem. The chuck is misaligned and it is not just the plastic casing.
    I was forced to keep it, accepting what I found.
    It's not that it doesn't drill or screw, but a new product should meet the specifications, as we all pay for excellence.
    Of course, no one forced me to keep it, but I am disappointed.

Mine has a crooked chuck, resulting in not screwing or drilling correctly. I will take it to the service this week to see what they will tell me and I will come back with an evaluation for the customer service as well.
