Berling Roof Sealant is a water-based elastomeric coating for waterproofing and damp-proofing roof terraces. It offers high elasticity, good adhesion and resistance to changing weather conditions, helping protect roof terraces from moisture and rain. It contains up to 20 g/l of volatile organic compounds.
Apply to a clean, completely dry surface in two coats using a brush or roller. Dilute the first coat with up to 20% water by volume. Apply the second coat undiluted, crosswise to the first, after 24 hours. Apply at temperatures of 10 °C or above and relative humidity below 80%. Protect the coated surface from rain for 7–8 days.
