    I have tried gels from many companies, including Sis. The first time I bought the isotonic one. Unfortunately, it didn't suit me, I was only able to consume 1/3 of the package (berry flavor) as it is too liquid. It also seems to have carbonation or air bubbles inside, which doesn't make it better. It is very different from the regular gel of Sis, different in general from the thick, semi-liquid gels. I will not choose it again.
