It's one of those purchases that saved me both on summer trips and at the office in summer, where one person is cold and the other is warm. It has a base and can stand upright on the desk BUT the best part is that it takes an 18650 battery and you can put a higher capacity one in it, so you don't have to look for a socket at the end of the day! The only little thing I didn't like is that it has a micro USB for charging but other than that.. EXCELLENT!
