If there had been a 0 in the rating, I would have given it. Unfortunately, I had not seen the other reviews as well. In the photos, the terrible quality of the materials is evident after just one week of use!
Water stopped coming out of the, already ridiculous, shower head, and the water was escaping from the hose, which had now split open on the side. Unscrewing the shower head to see what was going on, the hose fell down and the metal coils broke (the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen)! I found that the hose had been blocked by the plastic at the top, which was being pushed inside and clogging it.
In the end, I bought another much better one from a Chinese shop for just €7. We are talking about absolute disgrace, since it is impossible that they did not see or test the product before putting it up for sale. Unfortunately, after reading the other reviews, I expect even worse. Not even from a Chinese e-shop this bad. STAY AWAY!

If I could give 0, I would!! It was bought for the small guest WC, which is used maybe once a month, if that! Let alone the shower! Since we moved into the house, we’ve probably used the bathroom 4 times, and we are the only owners of the house! The sink stopper broke during installation and we bought another one from a plumbing store! The sink faucet has faded and the bathroom faucet has completely discolored, without any chemical product having been spilled on it.

Disappointment before even being used. The hot-cold indicator came off just like that with a single touch. It fell, I picked it up from the floor and put it back, but it seemed like it was only a matter of time before it would come off again. The second time it just fell into the bathtub drain and the rest is history!! The faucet does not have a nice flow and the showerhead is simply a joke. For an original price of 120, you’d think I got it from Temu!! What a shame!!
