No need for dilution with water...for 30 seconds of rinsing and everything is gone...it soothes wounds on the gums and provides antiseptic action...if you delay spitting it out for a little while, it might burn you a bit...but it gives a sense of freshness, clean breath, and oral hygiene.

It is the only solution that prevents plaque formation. I have sensitive gums, with continuous ulcers and bleeding, and this solution has truly saved me. I highly recommend it without reservation!
