Tight Regular Loose
Personally, I wear size 40 or 41 (depending on the fit), I got these in 41 so they wouldn't hurt me, and although they are a bit big for me, I wear insoles for martens and haven't had a problem so far. At first, they are quite stiff but they soften with use. Also, they are very heavy shoes so for someone who is not used to such thick shoes it might feel strange, but I have many similar ones so I didn't find them difficult or tiring to walk in. They are very beautiful and very well made and I haven't regretted getting them at all.
Προσωπικά φοράω 40 ή 41 (ανάλογα με τη φόρμα), τα συγκεκριμένα τα πήρα στο 41 για να μη με χτυπάνε, και αν και μου είναι λίγο μεγάλα, φοράω επιθέματα για martens και δεν είχα πρόβλημα μέχρι τώρα. Στην αρχή είναι αρκετά σκληρά αλλά με τη χρήση μαλακώνουν. Επίσης είναι πολύ βαριά παπούτσια οπότε για κάποιον που δεν έχει συνηθίσει σε τόσο χοντρά παπούτσια μπορεί να είναι περίεργο, αλλά εγώ έχω πολλά παρόμοια οπότε δε μου φάνηκαν δύσκολα ή κουραστικά στο περπάτημα. Είναι πολύ όμορφα και πολύ καλοφτιαγμένα και δε μετάνιωσα καθόλου που τα πήρα.
Beautiful with a nice outer sole and quite soft leather, but internally the insole is very hard. As for the weight, it was expected that they would be heavy. While the size is slightly more comfortable than expected, if you try to put in an insole (to fit better and make the insole softer), your foot rises inside and hits the top of the shoe. Generally, having owned Dr. Martens from the 80s-90s that were made only in England, I believe that the quality has declined and the price is excessive. In conclusion, they are not comfortable for walking and for wearing for many hours.
Όμορφα με ωραια εξωτερική σόλα και αρκετά μαλακό δέρμα αλλά εσωτερικά ο πάτος είναι πολύ σκληρός. Όσο για το βάρος ηταν αναμενόμενο ότι θα ήταν βαριά.Ενώ το μέγεθος είναι προς το λίγο άνετο από το αναμενόμενο αν προσπαθήσεις να βάλεις πάτο (για να εφαρμόσουν καλύτερα κ να γίνει πιο μαλακός ο πάτος)εσωτερικά ανεβαίνει το πόδι και χτυπά στο πάνω μέρος του παπουτσιού. Γενικά έχοντας dr martens από τα 80s -90s που κατασκευάζονταν μόνο στην Αγγλία θεωρώ ότι έχει πέσει η ποιότητα και η τιμή είναι υπερβολική.Εν κατακλείδι δεν είναι άνετα για περπάτημα και για να τα φοράς πολλές ώρες.
Like all Martens, they take time to soften and adapt to the foot. Even now that I have walked a lot in them, they sometimes pinch me, especially if my feet have sweated. But they are durable and generally quite comfortable once they mold to the foot. The double sock helps to prevent them from hitting the heel too much.
Όπως όλα τα Μάρτενς θέλουν καιρό για να μαλακώσουν και να προσαρμοστούν στο πόδι. Ακόμη και τώρα που τα έχω περπατήσει πολύ με κόβουν καμιά φορά ειδικά αν έχουν ιδρώσει τα πόδια μου. Αλλά είναι ανθεκτικά και γενικά αρκετά άνετα μόλις πάρουν το πόδι. Η διπλή κάλτσα βοηθάει να μην χτυπάνε τη φτέρνα τόσο πολύ.
Finally found them in my size. I ordered them, paid for them, and sent them back the next day. They are very heavy. Also, even though they are in my size, they look huge. Like I'm wearing bulldozers... Very difficult to walk in. I have the jadon, the 1490 bex, the 1919 (bought from ebay since they have been discontinued), the audrick in black and burgundy, and several other pairs. I love them all. Except for the pascal max.
Επιτέλους τα βρήκα στο νούμερο μου. Τα παρήγγειλα, τα χρυσοπλήρωσα και την επόμενη μέρα τα έστειλα πίσω. Είναι πάρα πολύ βαριά. Επίσης, αν και στο νούμερο μου, φαίνονται τεράστια. Σαν να φοράω οδοστρωτήρες... Πολύ δύσκολα στο περπάτημα. Έχω τα jadon, τα 1490 bex, τα 1919 (αγορά από ebay μιας και έχουν καταργηθεί), τα audrick σε μαύρο και μπορντό, και αρκετά άλλα ζευγάρια. Τα αγαπώ όλα. Εκτός από τα pascal max.
At first, my heel was bleeding, I suffered while walking and kept falling on the road. Disgusting construction/stitching. I had it repaired at the lining, but in two months the poor stitching was so intense that it tore the lining. I'm bleeding again. We pay 200+ euros to get injured, well done Dr. Martens.
Update after two months:
Things are even worse: it caused wounds on my foot, I put insoles and it still hits me on the ankle
Στην αρχή μου ματωναν τη φτέρνα, υπέφερα στο περπάτημα και έπεφτα στο δρόμο. Αισχρή δομή/ραφή. τα πήγα για επιδιόρθωση φοδρας, σε δύο μήνες η ελεϊνη ραφή ήταν τόσο έντονη που έσκισε τη φοδρα. Ματώνω ξανά. Δίνουμε 200+ ευρώ για να τραυματιζομαστε, μπράβο dr. Martens.

Τα πράγματα είναι χειρότερα ακόμα: μου κάνανε πληγές στην πατούσα, έβαλα πατους και με χτυπά στο κουτεπιε
