    We always take calcium and D3 along with K2. Otherwise, there is a risk that calcium will stick to the arteries instead of going to the bones (atherosclerosis). This supplement has everything, but I take away one star because they are very large and hard to swallow. There is a real choking hazard.

Smart supplement because it requires the absorption of vitamin D3 intake of vitamin K2 and magnesium..normal levels of vitamin D3 are 60-80 in other countries..here in Greece, most people settle for over 30, which is wrong because vitamin D3 is a hormone and plays a role in many functions in the body..to protect you from various diseases, you need 60-80..there are studies that you can find on the internet..
