Purchased with drachmas in 1999. They still hold up. The seams have not suffered at all. The laces are in the same condition. Only the soles have been a bit worn. After so many years. Worn in very tough conditions and work! Incredible

It is a timeless shoe. My husband has been buying them for years! Just know that they have a very comfortable fit. We buy one size smaller than what we wear!

Very sturdy, high-quality, beautiful, and comfortable boot. I'm talking about the classic CAT Colorado in honey/yellow.

However, *CAUTION*, they are huge!!! Obviously, the company has made a big mistake with the sizes. I wear a size 45 in any other shoe (athletic and non-athletic, Timberland, Clarks, etc.). I bought the Cat Colorado in size 44 and they are still a bit bigger than I would like. They are almost like a 45 to 45.5 in other brands. So, definitely buy a size smaller than your usual size, otherwise, you will have to deal with returns!

The shoe is heavy, but very comfortable to walk in. No comparison to Timberland, Caterpillar shoes are MUCH more comfortable (and I'm comparing them to the authentic classic Premium Timberland boot with the 6 holes MADE IN USA, purchased in 2001 from an official Timberland/NAUTICA store, which are in excellent condition because they have been worn very little, not the cheap ones that have come out recently). The Timberland boots were and still are beautiful and have more expensive leather and craftsmanship, but I couldn't wear them more than 6-7 times because they were incredibly uncomfortable, they have a very hard insole, they are heavier and completely inflexible, it was like having my foot in a cast. Well, the Caterpillar boots are nothing like that, they are years ahead in terms of comfort/softness and cost half the price.

Beautiful but not durable boots.
As a construction, they are very sturdy on their own.
But.
The black collar that hugs the foot is not leather but some kind of paint applied on fabric.
After about a year, the paint started to chip off and the fabric underneath became visible.
The suede wore off very quickly on top of the shoe, now it's just suede-like material...
Wherever it hits, it creates superficial tears.
The interior also wore off quickly.
They are not particularly comfortable and do not provide arch support.

Nevertheless, they are very beautiful boots, I have had them for 5 years and have enjoyed them a lot.
For my next purchase, I will look for a boot with a more comfortable sole, arch support, and durability.
