Its dimensions are 25.5 x 7.5 x 25. It is small in size and the gaps between the wires are large for mosquitoes. From what I understood, the 30W one has the same characteristics but is twice as long.

I don't know if the other reviews that the AI finds are actually real or for this model (ESPERANZA EXTERMINATOR ELECTRIC INSECT TRAP LED 12W EHQ003) but for me, from May 29, 2026, Friday, turning it on every night until today, June 1, 2026 (Pentecost), it lasted three nights. From the second night, out of the two purple fluorescent lamps it had, when I pressed its switch to turn on, the top lamp lit up strongly white at the edges for a while and after a few seconds it became fully normal purple. I turned it on and off two or three times and it did the same. On June 1, when I turned it on for the last time, it made a small pop and did not turn on again. It did not trip the fuse in the panel. But at the top of the device where the switch is, it smelled burnt.
P.S. It is not LED. It has two purple fluorescent 6w bulbs each (ling feng bl t5 f6w).

If you intend to use it for an outdoor space, it's better to get the EHQ006 because this one is very small. Of course, it does its job if you have it, for example, in a small room at home 1-2 hours before you sleep; it will clean the room from the pesky mosquitoes!

The correct placement of it is somewhat high, but ultimately it might be a bit awkward to open and close it every time. Its base for tabletop support is small, it is not intended for that, but that's how I have it. Since it opens in a dark room, I constantly hear the characteristic "click," which is a bit loud and can startle you in the silence. However, it was purchased for this reason. In the 3 months that I've had it, the fans play a role too, of course, I haven't had any issues with mosquitoes, while its grate always has small or larger insects. I recommend it; if needed for another space, I would get the same one, the small round ones don't do the job.

For mosquitoes, I don't know if it attracts them because I used it in the winter, but it definitely attracts flies just fine. Of course, it doesn't kill them immediately, they just fall down. Maybe it should have a denser electric grid. It is relatively small in size, that's why I included the photo with the big pen for comparison, and it makes noise when it catches something, but I think all of them do.

I have placed it inside the house, I turn off the lights and slowly or quickly it kills whatever flies.

It does NOT kill all mosquitoes because they do not go onto the lamps. It kills all other small flies, gnats, and flies.

I have bought 3 identical traps at different times.
The first two traps broke after 3 years of use each (only during the summer months).
For the money they cost, I estimate that this is their lifespan. They CANNOT be repaired.
