On the islands of Milos and Kimolos, honey is collected from Cycladic thyme and wild herbs such as lavender and oregano.

The sun of the Cyclades, the dry and arid lands offer a rare honey produced by 200 beehives in Milos and Kimolos.

The apiary was established in Kimolos in November 2020, with the transfer of the bees depending on the season and flowering.
