  • The difference in the result is impressive. One of the best investments for anyone who truly wants quality coffee at home.

I use it with the Sage Bambino, which requires a rather fine grind. With the Mignon Zero, I found the right setting on just the third try and since then the result has consistently been at the level of a good coffee shop.

The grind is uniform even at very fine settings. The grinder is quiet and its build quality is excellent.

On the downside, which personally did not bother me, is the difficulty of returning to a previous setting if the grind type is changed frequently (e.g. from espresso to French press) and the small retention, which is eliminated with two light taps after grinding.

  • As soon as you open the box and see the grinder, you immediately realize that you got something to last... Heavy grinder, quality materials, easy adjustment for grinding... the YouTube videos helped, to be honest, because the manual is in a foreign language and lacks details, the only negative... For the grinding adjustment, based on a video I saw, you turn the grinder on and turn the dial clockwise to find the 0 point, the point where it grinds the coffee finer... As everyone writes, the device's 0 is not the actual 0 point. On my device, it was 9, and you immediately understand this when you turn the dial clockwise while in operation, and as soon as you hear the noise change, meaning the blades come closer, you are at the finest point... I hope I helped, the aroma of the coffee during grinding is unique.. Worth it

  • I consider it a top choice for a coffee grinder. It is one of the economical options from the Eureka series. For home use, I believe it's more worthwhile to get a Single Dose grinder rather than one like the Specialita, as you measure each dose separately and it's more precise, hence the "Zero." If I were to buy one for more money, it would be the Oro Single Dose, which has less coffee residue retention, although this one so far, if it doesn't give me exactly, holds 0.1.

As for the adjustment, in my case, it was relatively easy. The dial is just a reference dial; it's not always the 0 as the 0 indicator, meaning zero distance on the blades. A friend uploaded some helpful videos on how to find the zero.

Overall, it's a top investment to fully enjoy your espresso. It definitely precedes the purchase of a good espresso machine as the grind significantly changes the texture and taste of the espresso

Excellent grinder with retention of 0 to 0.2g per dose, I have made about 550 doses of espresso, which is approximately 9.5kg of coffee without any issues. If there is one flaw, I would say that the grind adjustment button is small and doesn't have many markings, so you may need to adjust between the lines to achieve the espresso recipe you want.

Okay words are unnecessary I wanted to avoid the specialita so I wouldn't get involved with electronics I don't care that it doesn't have a timer since I grind each dose completely silently and the quality has changed completely since the grinder I had was amateur.

Really, without a serious espresso grinder, you can't drink. It's definitely worth it.

Very good, you can imagine we have a baby and the noise doesn't wake him up, nor can it be heard in the rooms. It doesn't take up much space, it loses very few grams that it produces according to the time you set it, no leakage.. very good purchase, I recommend it!!
