Description

At a glance

✔ The Morris hob combines elegant design and practicality to make your everyday cooking easier.

✔ With 5 zones of different sizes, you have the flexibility you need for any cookware, while the 9 power levels give you full control over the heat.

✔ The 99-minute timer ensures precision in cooking, while the residual heat indicator, child lock, and automatic shut-off provide safety with every use.

✔ With touch controls and a stainless steel frame, your kitchen gains style, comfort, and reliability.

Independent operation

Its operation is independent, meaning it can function on its own without the need for connection to an oven. This means it can be placed anywhere in the kitchen that suits you best. It is suitable for combination with an above-counter oven, as the oven can be placed anywhere, regardless of the cooktop.

Touch Controls

The control for selecting the desired temperatures and settings is done digitally and via touch. All options are located at the bottom of the hob and are integrated into the surface. Therefore, all you need to start cooking is a few gentle touches with your finger.

Key lock function

Choose from 9 power levels to always have control, whether you want gentle melting of chocolate or strong sautéing.

Dimensions & power of cooking zones

  • 2 single 14.5 cm (1200W)
  • 1 single 18 cm (1800W)
  • 1 double 12/21 cm (1100/2200W)

Features 9 temperature levels, as well as residual heat indicator so you know when the cooktop has cooled down.

Ceramic Cooktop Features

Ceramic cooktops are elegant, efficient, and more economical compared to induction cooktops. The electric heating elements are located beneath the black glass surface, as well as the touch buttons. Ceramic cooktops are installed flush with the countertop and are relatively easy to install.

In their operation, they require some caution because the "burners" remain hot for quite some time after you finish cooking, posing a risk of burns.

Touch control

With the touch controls, operation becomes a breeze – fast, easy, and modern.

Combine it as you wish – Morris or not!

Do you want to complete your kitchen set? No problem! You can combine the ceramic hob Morris with a Morris oven for a perfect match or choose any other brand you like. The hob is independent, so you have freedom of choice and you can create your own ideal combination.

  • 9 power levels for precise adjustment
  • 99-minute timer

  • I haven't had them for very long, about 2 weeks.
It was an urgent last-minute purchase from a nearby store before they closed for Easter...
I replaced my old ~15-year-old Miele ones, in which the relay for the large burner got stuck internally on the circuit board, causing it to heat continuously until the hob's internal wires burned out and the fuses in the panel tripped....

The main reason for choosing this one was the small metal frame; I don't like the wide ones and I prefer it compared to those that have nothing for durability reasons.
Compared to others I saw, these also have the power cable. They heat up quickly.
So far, I haven't seen any scratches on the glass.

The only thing I don't like for now is the very shiny glass, on which even the slightest speck of dust is visible. It collects fingerprints very easily on the buttons, and with the extractor hood light above, the markings on the buttons become very hard to see, almost invisible due to the shine.
I would like the markings to be more pronounced or the glass to be more matte. I just hope it is at least relatively durable.
