It has a very good anti-slip surface, although it could be a little rougher if you prefer it to be somewhat smooth. I am satisfied.

Expensive but after this, chaos. It cannot be compared to any other. Stable, high-quality and durable

Description & Specifications

The Manduka X yoga mat has a dense, soft surface that protects the joints and can be used on carpet, concrete, and hardwood floors. It is made from TPE with a closed-cell structure and a non-slip surface, and is easy to carry to and from the gym, sports field, studio, or home.

For storage, roll it with the top side facing out so the edges remain flat during exercise. Clean it with a damp cloth or sponge and a solvent-free household cleaner, then hang it in the sun to dry. Do not machine wash.
