Usage Methods:

  • Male: Wear it with the printed surface touching your skin (without underwear), you will feel intense heat, remove it and wear it again with the printed surface externally for 2-3 hours. Repeat daily.
  • Female: Wear it with the printed surface on your skin with a thin pad, you will feel intense heat, remove it and wear it again with the printed surface externally and again with a pad or light underwear (string) for 2-3 hours. Repeat daily.
