Description & Specifications

When using a chasen to whisk matcha, it is best to keep your wrist calm and relaxed and make quick zig-zag movements in a W or M shape. This helps to give the matcha the ideal frothy texture.

After use, it is best to dry it in the special whisk holder (sold separately).

Do not place the wet matcha whisk in a plastic container or other closed container.
