    I use this to hydrate them during the day, I take them out of my eyes for a while, put them in the liquid for a little while, and then put them back on.

Excellent solution that doesn't sting the eyes and keeps the lenses hydrated all day! Update: After 1 year I have to say, I wear lenses from morning until late at night without any discomfort and without them drying out. I've been wearing contact lenses for 15 years and this is the only solution that doesn't bother me throughout the day.
