Obviously, the gentleman who installed the switch and "it fell apart at the first squeeze" either has never connected switches before or is talking about another product.
This particular switch is one of the best value-for-money products on the market, with excellent build quality, very good buttons, and amazing screws that do not melt when screwed in and hold well only with the use of a Phillips screwdriver, when 90% of the market requires final adjustment with a flathead, otherwise they pop out of the boxes. Additionally, the Chalkida series has large and thick hooks that easily fit in worn-out boxes without the need for makeshift solutions with cardboard or scraps.
Compared to Niloe, where there is a 50% chance of the spring popping out when you release the switch, or with cheap series from other companies, this particular series from Basias is superior and anyone who has installed switches before will understand when they feel the material in their hands.

I will agree that the frame (the front panel that Maik mentioned) is not 100% stable, but that is a minor flaw. If there is any substantial negative aspect, it is that this particular series has very noisy buttons and operation, so if you are not a fan of the "click clack" sound, choose a different series.

After 3 renovations and over 70 pieces, only 1 screw kicked out, so you can confidently rely on and support a product that is made in Greece by a Greek company.

Edit: (After Maik's reply), I would just like to comment that I consider it more likely that it fell into a problematic batch, since it doesn't make sense for the company to use different screws in the switches and different ones in the outlets in the same series. Mistakes definitely exist and it probably happened in such a case for the friend, I believe they deserve another chance, as I haven't encountered such a situation yet.
    Best regards...!

They dissolve at the first tightening. Terrible materials. A shame for a Greek product. The front panel is not stable and the cuts that hold the mechanism with the switches were cut with the first tightening, resulting in the entire mechanism shaking.

To Mr. Awaker. I have never encountered a new switch that would twist the spring behind the screw no matter how tight I tightened it, especially in a Greek product. The majority of Greek products are of top quality and superior to many well-known brands. And all with better materials. I have Bassiakos sockets that are 20 years old, but also new ones from the same series that I still tighten and they don't even notice. However, here we had inferior quality in the switches of this series.
