The Lindy HDMI 2.0 EDID Emulator adapter is designed for systems that require continuous EDID signal supply without interruption and helps resolve EDID-related issues that may arise when using AV/KVM extenders, switches, and splitters. The Emulator can solve many compatibility problems when using mixed equipment, particularly extenders.

It supports resolutions up to Ultra HD 4K 60 Hz and has the ability to transmit HDCP 2.2 content, making it suitable for use in computing and AV applications. Some computing systems, KVM switches, and digital video signage systems may disrupt the flow of EDID data or may not be able to transfer this information directly to the graphics card output.
