I have had it since January. I have tried it with both hot and cold beverages. It leaks all the time, even when it is in an upright position and slightly moved, for example, when walking and in hot temperatures (following the instructions) and in cold temperatures where it shouldn't. It is not worth its money at all. Every time I use it, it's a disaster! I even bought a new lid and still the same issues, so the overall construction is to blame. Even a promotional thermos I have keeps the temperature equally without any leaks!

I was very happy with a water bottle from the same company and I thought of getting this cup as a gift for my girlfriend. Unfortunately, it is not as good as I expected, mainly the lid seems more complicated than it should be, resulting in it not being as practical to use and difficult to clean. I find it difficult to "disassemble", for which even the instructions suggest using a knife, resulting in eating the plastic every time.
Other than that, it is excellent at keeping the temperature (both hot and cold) and it is beautiful with a nice texture.
