    They are not helpful at all. They are probably only meant to be installed on straight handlebars and at the very outer edge of the grip, and even then it's not guaranteed that you'll be able to see behind you... The arm is very short... The only thing you see is yourself. Failure. For €4 I got a set from Jumbo that is much better...
