    As a pair of pliers, it’s quite good, affordable, and does the job. BUT IT IS NOT A CERTIFIED ELECTRICIAN’S PLIER! It may have insulated handles and look just like electrician’s pliers, but it isn’t certified for electrical installations. In other words, there’s no guarantee that the insulation can withstand the voltage and protect the user (if it were certified, it would cost twice as much...). If you’re a professional, don’t risk your life or break the law; spend a little more and get the proper tools.
