This edition is the ideal tool for updating every procedural law manual based on the previous legislation. Guided by the positions of case law, after the enactment of Law 4335/2015, it covers 20 critical issues of civil procedure, traversing the entire diagnostic procedure (ordinary and special procedures), first instance, second instance, and also cassation proceedings, as well as proceedings for provisional measures and the process of issuing payment orders.

It is understood that the law of enforcement, which has undergone radical reforms, is also included among the sections approached under the new framework. The presentation of the key procedural issues that have arisen in Greek judicial reality after the enactment of Law 4335/2015 follows in the book the following course: at the beginning of each section, there are exceptional court decisions, which are classified thematically rather than hierarchically (resulting in decisions from courts of the substantive law being prioritized over decisions from the Supreme Court, due to the relationship of general to specific regarding the subject matter).

Subsequently, an indicative bibliography and case law are provided (generally after the entry into force of Law 4335/2015), so that the section is complemented with a critical summary of the positions from the perspective of an academic teacher who serves the procedural science but also fulfills the role of a lawyer.
