The stone is made of high-quality corundum (AI203) and ensures excellent results. The base provides comfort and stability during use. Ideal for knives with stainless steel blades.

Regarding sharpening with a stone, there are some basic rules:

• Before use, leave the stone in water for 24 hours.
• Continuously follow the same angle and sharpening method.
• During sharpening, add a little water while wiping the blade with a damp cloth.
• Start with the smaller number and continue with the larger one.
• If you use oil, you cannot use water afterwards.
