This volume compiles 40 studies by the author from the past five years, all of which relate to urban procedural law, urban law, and land registration law. Among many others, it includes procedural studies concerning dispositive decisions; the judicial guiding authority in civil litigation; the exercise of a claim under Articles 932-933 of the Civil Code; legal action for misjustice against a notary public; the effect of inheritance (special or universal) on the exception under Civil Code Article 281; shareholder intervention in a société anonyme; the validity of a document under Article 214 of the Civil Code for inscription purposes; the referral of cases from the Supreme Court and their discussion before the Court of Appeal; appeals against judicial decisions; payment orders arising from claims under administrative contracts; issues related to suspension of enforcement requests; electronic auctions; issues concerning the location and timing of compulsory real estate auctions; the right to compensation for parties in case of invalid enforcement; passive legal standing in enforcement-related lawsuits; and electronic conduct of compulsory real estate auctions.

It also includes studies focused on applications of land registration procedural law; issues related to the validation of "irregular" legal acts on land registration entries; the constitutionality of provisions regarding collection by unpaid land registry officials and heads of land registry offices functioning as land registration offices for fixed rights on registration of pledges or mortgages to secure bonds; and studies on establishing a slavery by will under suspensive conditions; transfer of real estate through donation where churches built by ecclesiastical associations are involved, which makes the donation; the ability of the debtor to set a different order of enforcement than that provided in Article 423 of the Civil Code; and many others.

Finally, the last section of the volume includes the author's foreign-language presentations at international conferences, which address mediation, appellate litigation, payment orders, the notary public as a body for enforcement, electronic conduct of compulsory auctions, and the doctrine of estoppel.
