Kattovit wet food for adult cats with diabetes mellitus is formulated to regulate glucose supply and reduce excess body weight. It contains long-chain carbohydrates for a controlled release of glucose, while its increased crude fibre content is combined with reduced fat. The formula is low in monosaccharides and disaccharides and is gluten-free.

Chicken makes up 40% of the formula and includes stomach, liver, hearts, muscle meat and egg. The food also contains L-carnitine and taurine. It is not suitable for growing or pregnant cats. A gradual transition to this diet is recommended, and fresh drinking water should always be available.
