    Good product taste-wise, my only objection is that it formed lumps when I heated it in the microwave or added hot water. Other than that, it's fine, it's pleasant to eat and it's a good carbohydrate for before the gym.

    Great for hitting your daily carbohydrate intake goals with almost no fat. The taste is ok but if you want to make it tastier you can enrich it by adding something else, e.g. a scoop of protein, a banana... whatever you want... It's not rocket science...
