I bought it 1.5 months ago to keep my hands warm constantly because I get frostbite with the first cold. With a small amount (you don't need much, so it doesn't run out quickly), I can say that for a few minutes I feel a burning sensation in my hands. It is very moisturizing and my hands are very soft. I have used it on my feet a few times, so I can't have a complete picture. But the conclusions there are similar. A slight burning sensation at the beginning and plenty of hydration. I don't know if it will have results on very cold feet. However, the frostbite on my hands is gone (the purpose for which I bought it has been achieved). I will probably buy it again.
