The slowest USB stick I have ever tried. I confirmed it on my own computer even with a 10 Gbit USB port, as well as on a friend's computer. I bought 2 and both had the same problem.

It locked after 2 months of light use, with no access to its files. It was not fixed on Windows/Linux/Android.

Extremely slow, worse than usb2, they show that they cannot transfer more than a file size of about 3-4 gb, the only thing I hope is that at least it doesn't lose files after some uses

I got the 128 GB (shows 115 GB). It writes at 14 MB/second, and reads at 87 MB/second. For mini-backup it is perfect. :-)

I got it for photo storage space. The speeds when transferring many files are pretty bad (under 5MB/s). Large files transfer at about 20 MB/s. For me, since I just want it for backup, the space for the price is worth it. If you want to transfer many files often, get something better, the USB 3.2 it claims I don't see in practice. (In the photo, I'm transferring 6,500 photos and the screenshot is after 40 minutes)

*EDIT: Also tested on Linux on a 2013 laptop! The stick transfers the same files at about 55MiB/s, which is about 57MB/s, so I think something is up with Windows for such low speeds.

Very decent stick for its price. Satisfactory speeds for everyday use (transferring documents, movies, etc.), quite lightweight and practical to have permanently on a keychain. The 64GB capacity comfortably covers basic backup needs.

*** Summary:
Slower than USB 2.0. If you don't want to grow a beard waiting for a simple file copy, don't buy it!

The USB (I got the 256GB) promises 3.2 gen 1 speeds ("The Kingston DataTraveler Exodia M features USB 3.2 Gen 1 performance"). According to the manufacturer Kingston [1], theoretically it could reach 5Gbps (= 625 MB/s). This particular USB has many fluctuations in writing and achieves an average speed of about 2 MB/s, that is, less than 1/300th of the supposed speed...

Even after converting to NTFS, the speed practically did not change. False advertising from Kingston.

Purchased on 15/7/25. After 1 month and since then, it "locked" in read only mode and it is impossible to restore it, even using diskpart (attribute and clean).
Do not buy it

For 64GB at 4 euros it's just fine. Read 100MB/s, Write 8-13MB. Durability will be shown over time. To check the speed of a USB, transfer a large single file like a movie, e.g. 2GB, because when transferring 5000 photos the data changes.

Desperately slow but very cheap and indeed holds a lot. We'll see how long it lasts. Generally, it's a good brand, but I hope this particular one doesn't malfunction as mentioned in the comments.

Expectedly slow .. for 5 euros for 128GB (115GB) what do you expect
the usb 3.2 by itself doesn't mean anything.
of course with a usb 3.2 you expect write speeds from 50-300mb/s
this starts at a minimum of 50mb/s and drops to 13mb/s

Too slow. It has fluctuations throughout the transfer. I have a promotional flash drive from a hotel that does the same transfer of exactly the same files in half the time. I thought I would spend a little more and get a Kingston, which is considered a good brand, but of course they have also lowered the quality of their products. I would have been better off getting an unknown brand for half the money and not paying €16.88.

For an Mp3 in the car and for transferring some documents, it's good. For anything else, look for something faster.

Slower than a delay, a 3 GB file took 17 minutes to transfer.

Out of the 100 pieces I bought last time, 20 were defective, they are not recognized in any port...

Terrible product, if you want to sit idly with the flash drive in the computer for a week until it fills up, okay if it doesn't break in the future. Writing on this stick is a nightmare! It creates little piles that fall into nothing and for quite a while in the best of cases. See transfer of photos 700-something mb estimated 3 hours! I bought it knowing it would be used as storage due to the cheap price of 5.60 but even so, if I have to worry about whether it saved every time I open the PC for days, it's not worth it.

The description said 64 GB.. In the end, it is only 57 GB.. I wish I could return it but unfortunately the packaging was opened..

It has failed me under 5% of all the flash drives I have used in my life. This was one of those cases. Supposedly reliable Kingston @@. Also slow as death. Not worth a dime

It worked well for 2 years until it locked up and I can't format it or transfer new things into it.

Within 7 months it became write protected and I couldn't find any solution that works, essentially the USB stick got damaged....money wasted.

Cheapness eats quality. I bought it from a local store for 5€. It is recognized as USB3 but it has terrible speed. In the same port, I transferred the same file to an SD card with 10 times the speed. Money wasted.

Well, good evening to you. For about a month now that I have it, it is very good and has helped me a lot in transferring my files. It is quite fast in terms of transfer, such as videos, but also files that you may have from your work or elsewhere. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to transfer files from computer to computer during their day.

Bulky, doesn't fit well, it squeezes everything I put in the other compartments (look at the photo), I don't like its design.
Fast in transportation, didn't get too hot, I will put it in a Hub because if I leave it there it creates a problem.

I always use Kingston and they have been great for me. I have flash drives that are almost a decade old and they have never let me down. I have no issue with the size of this one, my ports have reasonable distances. For mobile phones and tablets, if there are any that have two ports, honestly I haven't encountered that. It is indeed slow, and it is not suitable for professional use that requires speed. For me, since I use them for storage and transferring data to my tablets, they are extremely practical because I have no reason to rush. Everyone should choose according to their needs.

Maybe one of the worst USBs you can get. Its speed is inconsistent and does not meet what it should have. It is only worth it for songs in the car or for photos if you don't care about the copying speed. Invest your money in something better with an extra 5€

THE REASONS I GAVE IT SUCH A LOW RATING ARE 2: Firstly, its shape! It is so bulky that it presses the USBs in the adjacent ports and it doesn't fit anywhere else... only by itself!!! ONLY THIS! It's like we don't have any other USB device to plug in?!
Secondly, it's not fast... 10mbps for USB 3 is nothing in terms of speed!

The only reason I didn't return it is because it is so cheap that it's not worth the hassle. Its speed is a tragedy. For two folders of about 11GB each, it took 36 minutes for the first one and 43 minutes for the second one. Just don't buy it, it's a waste of money.
