The previous edition of the book "Constitutional Law" was published in 2018. In 2019, the Revision of the Constitution was completed by the 9th Revising Parliament, and a new electoral law, a new law for the Government, and the so-called "managerial state" were enacted. This current edition aims to address these recent developments.

It contains extensive elaborations on all the basic concepts, sources, and principles of the Constitution, as well as a complete and systematic analysis of state bodies and their functions.

This work provides students, lawyers, and, more generally, all legal practitioners and interested citizens with an opportunity for as exhaustive knowledge as possible of the principles, rules, and institutions of the constitutional law currently in force in Greece.
