Instructions for Use
Recommended Dosage:
1 vaginal douche per day for 2-3 days or as directed by your gynecologist.
The use of another intravaginal product should follow after at least 30 minutes.

Unlock by pressing the striped safety cap sideways with your thumb (as with pharmaceutical ampoules)
Pull the insertion nozzle upwards until you hear the characteristic "click" sound
Check that the safety valve has opened by gently squeezing the bottle. If it has not opened, pull the nozzle upwards again.
Gently and carefully insert the nozzle into the vagina, preferably in a sitting or standing position
Adjust the angle of the nozzle and squeeze the bottle to perform the douche
For external use. Gynecologically tested.
