First time Mizuno, mixed feelings. While the shoe is comfortable, with good cushioning and stable on the ground with good grip, the toe box is rather excessively spacious, resulting in blisters on my toes for the first time in all the years I've been running! I tried different lacing techniques (tighter, looser), but didn't see any difference. It's a shame because it's a good shoe, but I won't buy it again

Ενώ το παπούτσι είναι άνετο, με καλή απορρόφηση και σταθερό στο έδαφος με καλό grip, το toe box είναι μάλλον υπερβολικά ευρύχωρο, με αποτέλεσμα για πρώτη φορά όσα χρόνια τρέχω, να βγάζω φουσκάλες στα δάχτυλα! Δοκίμασα διάφορα δεσίματα (πιο σφιχτά, πιο χαλαρά), δεν είδα διαφορά. Κρίμα, γιατί είναι καλό παπούτσι, αλλά δεν θα το ξαναπάρω
Very good shoe, I use them for running (~25 km per week) and they have been very helpful because I overpronate. In the first 20-30 kilometers, they bothered me a little on the inner side of the sole, but then they became comfortable.
Πολυ καλό παπουτσι, τα χρησιμοποιώ για τρέξιμο(~25 χλμ την εβδομάδα)και με βόλεψαν πολυ γιατί έχω υπερπρηνισμό. Στα πρωτα 20-30 χιλιόμετρα με ενοχλούσε λίγο στην εσωτερική πλευρά του πέλματος αλλά μετά έστρωσε.
Purchase at 69 euros. It is for medium to short distances. It is a bit heavy and probably made from wave technology because it is made of hard plastic and did not satisfy me much, plus it does not have a great energy return. The fabric is quite good, with a tongue and heel protection. As I mentioned, I did not like the sole because of the hard and heavy wave that does not add anything to the shoe. The cushioning is soft and has good grip, and it withstands all terrains
Αγορα στα 69ευρω.Ειναι για μεσαιες με μικρες αποσστασεις.Ειναι λιγο βαρυ και μαλλον απο την τεχνολογια wave γιατι ειναι απο σκληρο πλαστικο και δεν με ικνοποιησε πολυ αυτο συν οτι δεν εχει μεγαλη ανταποδοση ενεργειας.Το υφασμα του αρκετα καλο,γλωσσα με λαστιχο και φτερνα με προστασια.Οπως εγραψα η σολα δεν μου αρεσε λογω του wave που ειναι σκληρο και βαρυ χωρις να δωσει κατι στο παπουτσι.Πατημα του ειναι μαλακο και με καλη προσφυση και αντεχει σε ολατα εδαφη
