The heat protection it has reduces the lumens for a short time without losing the turbo setting! It does not drop to the 4th level (1400lm) like most flashlights, it gives you the maximum so it operates safely and with the grip always at an ideal temperature in your hand! This shows that its circuit board is perfectly adjusted for maximum performance, which is rare for small and branded flashlights! I consider it to be the best-adjusted flashlight from Fenix, even better than the top TK16 TAC! As for its performance, with another branded brand, you would have to pay over 60 euros extra to reach the Fenix C7 and you wouldn't have the same runtime at high lumens!
