I sent emails to both the factory and their accounting department regarding some questions I had about the product without receiving any response. I repeated the process a few days later with the contact emails provided by the company, but still no response.

It helped a lot with a 4-month-old baby who started having gum discomfort from teething. He didn't put his hands in his mouth afterwards. In mild situations where the baby has teething discomfort and irritation, a gentle rub and gum massage before bedtime is sufficient. It is good. However, when the baby is in a period of teething and experiencing a lot of pain, it doesn't help much, even if you give them the whole tube (as the label says!). They definitely need a pain reliever (1/4 of the baby's weight) to calm the pain. The ointment simply provides temporary relief in combination with cuddling and soothing.
