      Initially, this specific packaging is aimed at sensitive, oily, and acne-prone skin. For normal or dry skin, there are other options from the same company. It is water-based, so it is natural that it does not remove makeup perfectly.
      I use it in the morning for cleansing, during the day to combat oiliness, especially in the T-zone, and at night as the first step of double cleansing.

      This is the best makeup remover product available for sensitive skin and generally for all skin types. It doesn't sting the eyes, it doesn't "pull" the skin, it removes all impurities. I use it as the first step when I'm wearing makeup, but then I also use the regular facial cleanser I have to make sure there's no residue left. It also has a sufficient amount, and I don't need to spend money on it every now and then.

      Probably it didn't suit my skin. It cleans well but afterwards I am quite dry even though I have oily skin. Also, it finishes quite quickly. I think I will go back to bioten and garnier. It stings my eyes more than the others.
