There is no difference between the regular one and the jet fort. I just prefer the jet fort because I feel that the higher pressure clears out better what is inside the nose.

It has simple seawater. Cleans the nose, that's a fact. But in my case, I need hydration. This probably doesn't do that.

1st negative: It unclogs only for a short period of time. You have to use it 3-4 times a day and it runs out relatively quickly.

To be pregnant with a stuffy nose and rely on Physiomer, but it really doesn't do anything and I've already been using it for 4 days. The congestion goes away, you blow your nose, you feel relieved like "oh my god, I'm saved?" but no, you just end up with a stuffy nose again :|
