Overall I have been very satisfied, but unfortunately 3 years later the grinder cost me 280€ in damages. I only used it for personal use… grinding 1-2 coffees a day.

I bought it 3 months ago. I am very satisfied. The components are of good quality, you can tell at first glance. The options it gives to adjust the coffee grind, temperature, and extraction time are very helpful for achieving the perfect coffee (according to each person's taste). Overall, for the features it offers, it is a relatively economical choice.

Very good overall, both in terms of materials and in terms of grinder and extraction, it is very satisfactory. The steam wand, on the other hand, I think does not have the appropriate power and if you have no idea about coffee, you cannot make milk froth easily. So I recommend it to people who have worked even a little in coffee and not to people who have no idea, unless they intend to train on this machine in order to work.

Within a year of purchase, unfortunately, it stopped dispensing water for the second time and I will request a refund! With a little research, I saw that this model generally unfortunately has many such problems!

Yesterday it suddenly stopped drawing water from the pump and I am waiting, most likely it will need service....

I drink 2 quadruple espressos a day, to be honest I was afraid to spend €685 in case it turned out to be a dud! I was addicted to coffee from De-tox but after the purchase, I rarely feel like getting coffee from outside again!

The only negative is the milk frother, it's AWFUL, like water, it hardly thickens, the second is the coffee I buy, Dimello Cento (1Kg lasts me 20 days), so essentially I don't really save anything, maybe at most €0.30 per quadruple! But it is excellent and I haven't regretted it since I learned how to use it! It comes close (if not even better than the sweet quadruple from De-tox)

I have had it for over a year and a half, and it is one of the best investments I have made. The truth is that to use it at 100% capacity, you need to have some basic knowledge in coffee production, but it is very easy to learn how to operate and adjust it.

Now, someone who drinks 2 coffees a day needs about 135-150 euros a month just for coffee.

By purchasing the above machine and consuming about 1 kilogram of coffee a month (~35 euros in the market), they reduce their monthly expenses by 100 euros, and in about 7-8 months, they have recouped the cost of the machine.

I obviously recommend it without reservation, but only for people who consume a lot of coffee.

After 8 months of use, I have the best impression of this particular machine.
It heats up in a few seconds from activation, and if you experiment with the various settings it offers and use high-quality coffee beans, the result it gives is comparable to a very good coffee from a store!
Its price is not low, but it literally worth every euro it costs based on construction quality and results!

It is an expensive coffee machine, but it makes very good coffee, for my taste. I put beans from different coffees and thus achieve my own "perfect" blend. My coffees are better than a café's. The froth is very good. It makes a little noise when I open it and when it grinds the coffee, but it is brief. The settings it has (quantity, grind thickness, water temperature, etc.) are very easy and helpful for the perfect result.

Fantastic machine for anyone who wants to engage in the hobby of espresso. It has everything needed for coffee and milk preparation (tamper, pressurized and non-pressurized baskets, pitcher), the only thing you need is a scale.
The grinder is fantastic with many grinding levels.
The only negative is that it doesn't show the exact extraction temperature.
With proper system preheating, it is difficult not to make a decent coffee.

It's worth every euro.. if you know how to use it, you won't drink from any other café. The main difference with the barista express is only the LED screen and the fact that in 3 seconds you have hot water as it has a different resistance. It takes some experimentation with the amount of coffee to grind and the amount to be cut, especially at the beginning and if you constantly change blends. If you're too lazy to deal with such things, just get a capsule machine but you'll lose quality.
