As a product, it is very good. It helps with vaginal dryness and its general consequences, but it is not exactly what we call a lubricant. It does contribute, but it acts more therapeutically. It does sometimes produce small clumps, maybe it is some kind of gel solidification. The tubes are indeed not particularly practical since it is not enough to just squeeze them, you have to turn them sideways to get all the product out, which is not easy during application if you know what I mean :-/ but since it does what it's supposed to do, it's fine. What matters is that there is a result. I would maybe like a little more quantity, I have the impression that it needs a little more for wider coverage.
