API® SUPER ICK CURE is a fish medication that treats the disease "Ich," known as white spot, as well as other highly contagious parasitic diseases. The parasitic organism Ich has a multi-stage life cycle and is invisible in its early stages when it penetrates the tissues of the gills and skin, causing severe electrolyte loss and gill damage, while also promoting secondary bacterial and/or fungal infections.

Early symptoms of this infection include fish making sudden movements in the aquarium, rubbing against pebbles or decorations, having difficulty breathing, and staying near the water surface, near filters, or aerating devices. Sometimes, white spots may not be visible on the fish. SUPER ICK CURE typically eradicates the parasitic organism Ich within 24 hours and is safe for use in both freshwater and saltwater aquariums. The product is available in liquid and powder form, and it is important to dose according to the instructions on the packaging.

• For every 10 gallons of water, pour one packet directly into the aquarium. Repeat the dose after 48 hours. Wait 48 hours and then change 25% of the aquarium water, adding fresh activated carbon or replacing the filter cartridge.
• Instructions for liquid form: Remove activated carbon from the filter and continue aeration. Add 5 ml. per 5 gallons of aquarium water. Repeat the dose after 48 hours. Wait another 48 hours and then change 25% of the aquarium water, adding fresh activated carbon.
