I don't know if I was unlucky compared to the other reviews, but this creatine never dissolved for me. Whether in a shaker or stirring it normally in metal containers as if I were a bartender, there were always some "little stones". It does contribute to muscle growth but there are plenty of better options for monohydrate creatine, like goldtouch for example, where I never had an issue, here for a year that I choose it, it dissolves with minimal effort.

I don't know if it works. I noticed that the recovery time between sets was reduced. It might be my imagination. I mixed it with the protein and it dissolved easily. It is important to dissolve easily, because if it is not well dissolved, it is not absorbed by the body and can cause kidney problems.

I have been taking creatine for several years, I can't say it's the best. However, for the money, it is the best choice
