I used to take it in the past and I keep coming back to it. Very good composition. Personally, it doesn't bother my stomach even though I always eat something afterwards. The treatment is really worth it.

I have seen with my own eyes that it works for a colleague, unfortunately it did nothing for me, not even to slightly reduce hair loss like a similar product did. What I understand is that not everything works for everyone.

At first you think it does nothing, but if you take 2 capsules a day, after two months you realize that hair loss has noticeably decreased.

Let's start with the biggest positive of all, the size of the pills. As they are small, they are easy to swallow, unlike a similar product from a well-known company that was a nightmare to swallow!
2 capsules strictly after a meal - on an empty stomach it causes nausea and pain - for 3 months and you will see a difference after the 2nd month. They reduce hair loss, improve the quality of hair and nails.

Each bottle is a treatment. I did one treatment in the spring and one treatment in the fall when more hair falls out. I had no side effects in my stomach, and they really helped with hair density, I saw new growth. I will continue to take them twice a year, and the price is very good.

The worst supplement I have ever tried. The stomach pains were unbearable, and even though I don't have any issues with my stomach, I had to take pills to recover.

I think that I have seen a difference in my problematic nails from the first week of use, with 2 capsules every morning.

Last time I bought it to lengthen my hair, now for hair loss with visible thinning at the top of the head. I already see results, the hair has thickened, it is shinier and has more volume. The thinning seems to be receding.

After finishing one bottle, I only noticed a difference in my nails, which became somewhat harder, but it didn't work for my hair. Maybe it needed more months of treatment, I don't know.

I am almost in the 4th month of using these vitamins, in the second bottle.
I take 2 every morning, as the packaging says.
The good news is that I don't shed, when I comb my hair I only lose a few strands and they have grown a little..
I am satisfied with this.
However, I haven't seen an increase in volume.

It causes me terrible stomach pain. Although I don't have any stomach issues, every time I drink it, I experience unbearable pain and it makes me feel nauseous. Whether I drink it in the morning (as it says on the packaging), or in the afternoon, whether on an empty stomach or after a meal, the result is the same. Unfortunately, I bought the double pack (for 4 months)... I have been struggling for a week trying various ways to tolerate it, but unfortunately, it's not possible.
