It is not suitable for use in pole dancing! Besides the fact that you become like a floured squid ready for frying, it doesn't help! It is probably meant for other bars!
Για χρηση σε pole dancing δεν κανει! Εκτος οτι γινεσαι σαν αλευρωμενο καλαμαρι ετοιμο για τηγανι δεν βοηθαει! Λογικα ειναι για αλλες μπαρες!
It creates a thicker layer of protection against dust. Ideal for deadlifts (or dead lifts. They are called deadlifts, not death-lifts, I didn't write it wrong ;) )
The only negative is that it dries out after a while and clogs the nozzle of the small bottle.
I ordered the large bottle. We shall see.
UPDATE: The larger packaging (250ml) has a different nozzle and DOES NOT clog! Prefer it.

Very nice product. I use it when my workout involves bars/gymnastics rings and my hands get sweaty. The amount you need is as much as a pea or toothpaste! It quickly dries the hands and lasts throughout the entire workout. It is the smallest in volume, it will not cover someone who does daily workouts with bars/gymnastics rings.

Very good value for money liquid magnesium. I haven't used many, but I can say that it doesn't come off easily as one would expect at its price, but it provides a better grip. However, there are better options in a slightly higher price range
