I mainly bought it for shoulder, neck, and arm pain (tendinitis from using the computer) that I constantly have. It's the first time I buy something like this, I don't like at all the massagers with hard plastic balls that rotate, so I decided to try something else. It helps me a lot, probably because it increases blood circulation in the area, as for now I don't apply too much pressure to avoid injuring myself while learning how to use it.
Overall, it is a very powerful machine, luckily I didn't buy something even stronger. Maybe the fact that it has hard plastic heads intensifies this impression. The more expensive models have soft heads (and maybe I'll end up buying the set that costs 25 euros).
The speed and power are great and there is no chance of it getting blocked without injuring me first... very powerful.
