The batteries are 20 v. They last quite a while. The downside is that the charger burned out. Quite good. You get what you pay for

I received the pruner today and 1) the case is broken 2) the plastic of one battery is broken 3) the protective cover is also cracked. I have no opinion on the functionality and quality of the battery. When I use it, I will come back. Anyway, it seems like a bad product.

The batteries are completely rubbish and the company does not cover them with a warranty. I bought them on Tuesday but they turned out to be the same as always, you get what you pay for

The machine as a machine is worth its money, but the batteries are worthless. The first one stopped charging within two months, and the second one only lasts for a maximum of 10 minutes within three months. The company's response is that there is no warranty on the batteries

I got it for 69 euros after reading the good reviews it had and because it had automatic lubrication for the chain. After several tests, it was time to share my opinion. The batteries are not even 2 amp, they run out in 10 minutes of use, the first battery broke within a month, I bought 2 more but the second one is dead too. The bad thing is that as the battery drops, the RPMs of the chainsaw drop, resulting in the chain hitting and needing constant sharpening. The chain constantly loosens, and the tensioner is completely useless. On the positive side, the automatic lubrication, the lightweight, the second chain, and the carrying case it comes with

Although I had my doubts about its power due to the battery, I have been very satisfied! Amateur use in the garden for pruning and helping friends with cutting logs! For the logs, I have attempted up to 25 cm in diameter, it struggled slightly but did the job! The second battery is a lifesaver! A fair purchase!

Unacceptably low quality. On the second day of light use, the plastic cover - chain adjustment guide fell apart.

I would never buy it again; it broke after the second use. I sent it to the company, and they told me that the battery broke, which happens if you haven't used it for a while. I mean, I told them that I use it every now and then, as you say, it needs a battery. I got another one, and then it will be thrown away. Maybe I just got a bad one; what can I say... For your information, two to three months passed from the first time I used it to the second.

The voltage that the battery outputs is 20 volts and not 48 as stated, and the capacity of the battery is not 6 AH but 2 or less. Cheap construction, the chain needs constant tightening as it doesn't have any decent regulator. For lubricating the chain, it's not something you can just press the bubble.

Indeed, automatic lubrication, after you press the bubble once. No comparison to something Chinese, and you can tell by how the motor works and that it is sturdier. On the plus side, it comes with two batteries, a second chain, and a carrying case, so its price of €70 is reasonable. It handles 15cm diameter oak, which is one of the hardest woods, effortlessly and without overheating. However, you won't get half an hour out of one battery. Therefore, I recommend purchasing a third or even a fourth of similar specifications from the same store for only €20.

Excellent little saw does its job effortlessly... with the two batteries, it has a satisfactory duration of over 2 hours... I recommend it for those who have back issues... in the end, a good cleaning

The saw doesn't understand anything, it's the best that anyone can buy, don't have any hesitation. With one battery, I was cutting branches from olive trees and larger trunks for an hour and the little saw didn't finish and it was still going strong!

The battery is not 48 volts and 6000mAh but 18.5 volts and 1500mAh. The chain lubrication is not automatic but by pressing the bubble

I still haven't figured out if the oil is drawn automatically or if I need to press the bubble that it has at regular intervals. However, the chain definitely hasn't run dry. It cuts well and without stopping. It even easily cut 15 centimeters of wood. The blade needs to be tightened quite a bit because otherwise the chain loosens. The batteries last about 3 hours for both together. Its weight makes it very easy to handle.
