    I received the machine in November and I had written a review after a week of receiving it, expressing my positive impressions. However, I quickly started noticing negative aspects. It should be noted at this point that I took great care of the machine and only used bottled water for better functionality. Nevertheless, during Christmas, it got filled with salt and stopped producing water from the coffee outlet. Subsequently, I went through the necessary process to return the machine for inspection, as it was under warranty (the order was made through Skroutz and the return had to be done through them). The machine actually arrived for technical inspection on January 24th and the inspection was completed on February 10th. The conclusion was that I had mishandled it and they refused to cover it under warranty. However, as I previously mentioned, I took excessive care of it and cleaned it regularly. The conclusions are up to you.

    The truth is, I regret my purchase and the return process because in the end, I will have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. I hope I helped you!
