This book is the result of twenty years of scientific, research, and teaching engagement by the author with the subject of Career Counseling and Vocational Guidance for individuals with disabilities (PWD).

Within the framework of three distinct parts and eight chapters, the concepts, theories, policies, methods, models, strategies, and services of vocational counseling for PWD are approached, flowing from the general to the specific.

In the third part of the book, the important issue of the inclusion of individuals with disabilities in employment is addressed. The formulation of learning outcomes, the summary, and the reinforcement questions at the end of each chapter, along with numerous examples and case studies, create a unique manual in the Greek literature.
