The quilt from Palatex is made externally from 100% cotton. Cotton is durable over time and allows the fabric to breathe without retaining moisture. It is also suitable for avoiding allergies. Its filling is made of feathers which have thermoregulatory properties that help maintain the correct body temperature, preventing sweating, while also being antimicrobial, antibacterial, and hypoallergenic. It has a quilted square frame stitching to prevent the feathers from moving.

For better care, it is recommended to wash at low or moderate temperatures after ensuring there are no holes in the seams, light spinning, and use of a dryer at moderate temperatures or drying in an outdoor shaded area. To protect the natural filling, use detergent for woolen clothes. The use of chlorine or bleach is not recommended.
