CHROMODOMI LIFE QUARTZ ACRYLIC QUARTZ ADHESION PRIMER 5kg

Adhesion primer made from synthetic acrylic resins and quartz sand. It is used on smooth or non-absorbent surfaces to enhance their adhesion. After application, a rough surface is created, resistant to alkaline environments.

The Quartz Primer is used to achieve roughness on the substrate, in order to enhance the adhesion of both the acrylic plaster and the gypsum plaster that will follow. The created surface has high resistance to alkalis and serves as an ideal substrate.

Surface Preparation:

• The surface must be cleaned of dust, grease, oils, peeled old paints, rust, mold residues, or moisture.
• Apply the product with a brush or roller and let it dry for 1 - 2 hours.
• Apply the final paint.
• The product acquires all its mechanical strengths after 20 - 30 days.

Application Conditions:

• Avoid application at temperatures below 6°C and above 40°C and when the relative humidity is greater than 80%.
• Adverse conditions can alter the final properties of the product.

Application Tools:

• Brush
• Roller

During the work, keep the tools "wet" inside the container. Strain the product well from the tools and clean them immediately with hot water and soap. If the product dries, it can only be removed with strong detergents. Do not dispose of washing liquids into the groundwater.

Attention: Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, and personal protective equipment for the eyes and face. In case of contact with eyes, rinse carefully with plenty of water for several minutes. If contact lenses are present, remove them if easy. Continue rinsing.
